Have stayed here before and it was definitely more clean this time.
Enjoyed our stay. The house was in a nice neighborhood near the beach and near the ballpark for our tournament.
James & Lauretta’s place met our needs (5 guys staying for a softball tournament). It was close to the complex. The house needs some general maintenance work. It’s very dated, but perfect for a guys golf or softball weekend. The beds were comfortable. The deck leading to second floor is in need of a repair and a good cleaning. The hosts addressed our issue(s) and offered a small refund for the inconvenience.
