What is your cancellation policy?

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for your trip. If you do not have travel insurance and wish to cancel, our cancellation policy is as follows:

If you cancel your reservation, we will make every reasonable effort to rebook the property for the same dates.

If the property is successfully rebooked:
You may receive a refund equal to the rental amount recovered for those dates, minus the non-refundable reservation fee. Any refund will be processed after the rebooking is confirmed.

If the property is not rebooked:
All rental payments will be forfeited.

Important Notes:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to kelli@myfavoritevacation.com.
Reservations cannot be transferred to another property.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the credit card on file.


Do you offer a payment plan for my trip?

Our payment schedule is as follows:

  • 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • 25% of the total is due 90 days prior to your stay.
  • Final 25% is due 30 days prior to your stay.


Can I request an early check in or late check out?

We cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out, as our cleaning and inspection teams operate on tight schedules. However, you are more than welcome to reach out on the day your trip begins, and we will gladly check if the home is ready for your arrival.
