Built by People Who Love the Coast

Kelli and her husband are local business owners who are passionate about helping homeowners care for and maximize their vacation properties along the coast. Through their work in vacation property management, they love creating memorable stays for guests while ensuring every home is thoughtfully maintained and well cared for. When they're not managing beach homes, you'll find them enjoying life by the ocean with their three boys: spending time at the beach, exploring local parks, and soaking up everything that makes coastal living so special.

Kelli

A wife, mom to three boys, and local Surfside Beach resident, Kelli started The Coastal Collection to care for a vacation home for her own family, then grew it into something she now does for other families too. After years of managing dozens of properties at once as the main point of contact for owners and guests, she set out to build something more personal, present, and intentional. She's hands-on and detail-oriented, treats every home like it's her own, and is always just a message away.
