This site must not be used for any reason other than to view or make legitimate inquiries to home owners regarding your interest in particular vacation rental properties. Any use by a person or entity for any purpose other than the booking of a vacation property is strictly prohibited. By visiting this site, you are subject to the following terms and conditions.

TC1 - Homeowners

MyFavoriteVacation.com is not a rental agency and collects no rental fees. When you advertise your vacation rental home with us, prospective renters will contact you directly by email, regular mail, or phone. You are responsible for conducting your own investigation regarding any and all claims made by potential renters. This web site may contain links to web sites operated by third parties. These links are provided for reference only. MyFavoriteVacation.com does not control such web sites and is not responsible for their contents. MyFavoriteVacation.com's inclusion of links to such web sites does not imply any endorsement of the material or any association with their operators. MyFavoriteVacation.com has the right to remove links or disallow links at their discretion. MyFavoriteVacation.com assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of web pages. Owners assert that they have verified their own web page and statements are true to the best of their knowledge and that their web pages and photos accurately represent their own property. To attempt to reduce SPAM sent to our customers, MyFavoriteVacation.com may read selected availability inquiries. MyFavoriteVacation.com may block availability inquiries that are considered SPAM. Rental inquires are sent by email and are not to be considered private. TC2 - Property Listings

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their property listings. Owners who provide photos to be used assert that the photos are their own property and these same owners have the publishing rights to said photos. MyFavoriteVacation LLC (DBA) MyFavoriteVacation.com is not responsible for any action, or omission of action, by any renter obtained by the use of this site.

TC3 - Changes to Site

MyFavoriteVacation LLC (DBA) MyFavoriteVacation.com and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. MyFavoriteVacation LLC (DBA) MyFavoriteVacation.com may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement.
